Teodros Adhanom has made it clearly recently in his working visit in Brazil that he is not interested to lead the UN or any other organization. Besides, he is experiencing some health problems as related to over work. True, with his work and life experience, he is qualified to lead any major international organization. Having worked for the a WHO, Teodros will not take a job to lead the AU in Addis Ababa. After retirement, he will likely live in Lausane, Switzerland or the US comfortably.
I would urge the people close to him to advice Teodros to spend more time with his family in Geneva and delegate his work to his deputies, or else he will expire fast like Meles.
