Aby is probably giving these resources where there is problematic for Ethiopia. However these radicalized regions in Tigray and Guji, if you add foreigners that could be dangerous for Ethiopia, looting their resources, they could create militias of these radicalized regions against Ethiopia. Watch out what you wish for
