Jaal Maroo aka Kumsa Diriba of Dembi Dollo represents an old 50 year old Welegan Lutheran Clique that attempted to take over Oromia through a hidden Oromunna Ideology... they sought to bring Welegan Elites to power in Shewa. And in OLF the Welegans were overly represented. Other Oromo tribes not so.

They hoped killing and massacring unarmed amharas in Arsi and Welega will bring them to power

Jaal Maroo failed to protect Welega and Horu Gidru as well as Dara Salale from Fano. In those areas Shene was operating for years until Fano arrived. Fano was stopped by ENDF not by OLF from furthering their attacks into Oromia

OLF has never defended Oromia. It has only caused communal violence and divisions

When ENDF was fighting war in Tigray-TPLF the Amharas sided with the government and avoided fighting the government in fact Amharas cheered ENDF and aided ENDF

but Gadgalo Jaal Maroo seeing Endf fight Fano he decided to call for attacks against ENDF especially in Selale. Thus making it harder for ENDF to fight Fano which led to the crisis in Dara as Fanos were able to attack Oromo communities thanks the Jaal Maroo
