In reviewing past discussion posts, this is what I have come across. DDT told Pagan Horus to his face that he objects Gurage to having its own Kilil. This flagrant violation of Gurage's demand for its own region was legal and a mere implementation of the Constitution of Ethiopia, 1995.
I just want to know from this PP cadre's mouth his illegal reasons why he believed were morally superior to justify to violate the law of Ethiopia.
