ግን ፓስታ ሹታ እንጂ ባህላዊ ምግብ የሚሉትን በብላሽ ቢሰጡኝ እንኳን አልነካውም። የጣሊያን ምግብን ለኤርትራዎች፣ በዘልማድ የኢትዮጵያ ባህላዊ ምግብ የሚባለውን ደግሞ በጉራጌና በአማራ ባህል ላደጉት ሰዎች መተው ነው።
