Rounding out the horn: Somalis closely follow Eritreans as the second most crime prone foreign nationals from HoA with rate of 100 per 10,000 population , followed by Sudan with 77, while we grace second from bottom with a rate of 54 prisoners per 10,000 nationals. The most advanced of our peer, Kenya finishes last with just 24 per 10,000.
