According to the recent revelation of the Chief of Staff of the National Defence Forces of the country and many other sources that public stunt saying "የኦሮሞ ደም ደሜ ነው" was used as a means of "Convince & Confuse" scheme by some mob members of the entity later came to be known as NAMA.

Further speculation alleges that NAMA was the making of TPLF itself and in that case the scheme of "Convince & Confuse" was indeed crafted at the very top.
