When all it takes is one, failure to leake proof such a cargo could lead to catastrophic ends. Heads of state are increasingly immature and self-absorbed. Abi Ahmed, Al Sisi, and Hasan Sheik Mohamoud exhibit these traits.
Such being the case, shouldn't Berhanu Jula form an ad hock grouping of oversight with the naval forces in the area to screen and safe lock ammunition as well as, ascertain that forces on the ground are impenetrable to infiltration by Al Shabab? Politicians wont do it!!
Egypt's recklessness has surprised me. This huge act of negligence should have been emphatically addressed at the UN which the nauseatingly lethargic minister of foreign affairs is not doing!

Interestingly US controls Egypt and they are watching their favorite dectator arm al-shabab.
There is a high chance clans will take their share of the tool and burn down somalia which is not unknown before. Even all other regions could get their shares; remember Aby’s black gun that some how ended up arming Fano?
All things are possible specially in corrupt Zoooomalia

Egypt arming Al-Shabab, America arming Egypt, the price will be paid by the people of Somalia, just due to the recklessness of one man in the name of HSM. The sooner he is removed, the better it will be for Somalia (and the region at large).

Somalia is be militarized at the speed of light. History is the witness (Ethiopian situation also) that a militarized society eventually burns itself down. This is even truer considering the number of clans, groups, gun black markets and conflicts of Somalia. Somalia had gone through being armed to the teeth and tested herself in war with Ethiopia. A new Siad Barre will not produce a new reality. Soon world powers will begin to meet over Somalia just like Sudan.

You are inept and think talk may change things. Talks are just rituals, they tell you about "the super bowl of diplomacy" to just impress you and dramatize the talks, but talks remain what they are: just talks.
Abiy Ahmed knew what it all contains for his own agenda at home and decided to send his delegation to the UNGA and chose for himself to stay back and concentrate where it matters more and he can make more impact. He went to Adama instead of New York to effect more, not less.
You inept cadre!
If talk was to change something, then this lady should have been the most successful person on planet. She is so articulate and charismatic but she couldn't stop the new round of ammunition and other forms of military aid America granted to the state of Israel, while on the face value they called "for secession of hostilities and start of negotiations" as usual.

That baboon can say whatever he likes, the decision on who we bring in our country or kick out of our country belongs to the Somalia people.
Ethiopia cries because it's using its ragtag troops in Somalia as a cash cow. No other country on earth cries to keep its troops in another country and get them killed for a conflict that has nothing to do with it.
In addition, as these ragtag troops in Somalia are exclusively made up of Amhara and Agame, the clown monkey in Addis is fearing that these troops might join their own people straightaway upon their return into Ethiopia.

A committee has been formed! Hallelujah!
Hope it will have an adjacent agenda; one that looks at a solution for the maritime uncertainty created by the conditions in yemen; one that was exacerbated by indiscriminate bombing made by Saudi, UK and US yet without a solution.
Increasingly, large military actions are being taken just to bolster the ego of structures headed by all empowered kings/presidents/prime ministers. This immense power keeps unchecked and is driving the world to WWIII!
