Through out history Tigray has been armed except in a brief period!
Except for 20 years between the 1st Weyane & 2nd Weyane and the 27 years of TPLF/ EPRDF ruling , Tigray has been always armed & ready to defend itself. That is why the DDR in the Pretoria Agreement is not practical for implementation.
