This is not good for the dying Regime in ethiopia that Americans Embargo will continue do to failure to abide by the Pretoria agreement with the Tigray Republic.
Did General Tsadkan and Getachew Reda convinced the American to take measures???
BTW the American government is also threatening the top Ethiopian official to hold them accountable for thier genocide in Tigray and freeze thier account around the world.
