Ethiopia has recently launched an initiative called Ethio-Coders or something similar, a measure to train 5 Million Ethiopian young students in skills of Computer science fields, notably in web-development technology, Data analysis and Android development, an operating system for mobile platform. This initiative is said to have been emulated from UAE, which has been said to have shown a tangible result from such an initiative in the past.

Knowledge in computer science dominates the world's progress in the future, already starting from today or yesterday. This is simply so because computer science is an enabler for almost all other fields of human endeavors.

As such India is a power house of international computer science, it embarked on the development of computer science competence already before 50 years or so, invested heavily in education. India is a power house of international scientific discoveries by now, including in the area of moon landing (space science), which is also enabled mainly by the knowledge in the field of computer science. Ethiopia should start to collaborate with India (the source of computer science knowledge) and work towards knowledge transfer from India, not from UAE, which itself is now importing the same knowledge from India.
