Has Clown Abiy succeeeded to shift public attention from his loses to Fano to a Naval Base on the Red Sea
A hated Abiy Ahmed. A genocidal Abiy Ahmed. A broke Abiy Ahmed. Could this shift in Ethiopians discourse allow him to misrule longer? Would it help him moblize Ethiopians for an allout war on the threatening Fano march to his renewed Palace at Arat Kilo, reconstructed for his legacy?
