FYI, lately, agriculture in Somalia has been sustained by other means, as water in these rivers has been unreliable for the past 30 years or so. During some seasons, they're completely empty in most areas, to the extent that kids play football in them. And when they're filled, they inflict damages, as they flood the whole area.

Therefore, you can divert them to your ar'sehole tomorrow if you want to.
