Ethiopians need to stop telling the world that you give water to this or that country. It is their natural gift. All countries only own what is naturally fixed properties in their territories, say like sea coasts and fixed dams. But the dam can’t be used to stop the flow of the water to where it naturally flows. You do it in conjunction with the countries where the water flows. Like I said if you can’t completely stop the flow of the water like you can’t stop the winds to go to other countries then you don’t own them.
