Turkish national and strategic policy of reestablishing the glory of the Ottoman empire is not geopolitics and not yet geomilitary. It is geoeconomics. Every time they fail in their geoeconomic penetration and influence they simply withdraw. Turkish interest in Somalia is economic, period.
