If the Adwa people want to separate themselves from the disgraced criminals, then the Adwa people must catch them and hand them, the same is true in Axum and Mekelle. You cannot arrest and deter them in the future, hanging is the ultimate exemplary punishment everyone to afraid. All high ranking officers and civilian looters must be hanged others to lean a valuable lesson and deter them from committing similar crimes.
