- Shall narrow exchange rate difference with the parallel market and the diaspora will be encouraged to send money to Ethiopia through banks( tens of billion dollars to the Ethiopian economy)
- Export products like gold, mineral's , agricultural products and other export items will get birr for value , promoting legal trade ( billions of dollars to to the ethiopian economy)
- Local production shall be enhanced, productivity increase and inflation shall be contained
