don't believe every thing and everyone. airlines in general have so many flaws, but despite the incompetent OPDO regime and the imbecile PM's effort to bring down the airlines, EAL is still one of the best airline to fly.

Most people confuse EAL with the actions immigration,custom office and federal police.
The airport terminals ,just like woyane era,are filled with one ethnic (oromo ) thieving group.
while the majority of ill-treatment of passengers is linked to other government department based at the airport,EAL is also not spared from Oromo PP political interference.

The PP government is a collection of stupids.
EAL is in good hands despite the brutal interference by PP gangs. It survived Mengistu & the Weyannies and it will survive PP.
Flying via Asmara was a stupid decision. No deal with the hot headed Eris will survive long. It just can’t.
At the beginning of the woyannies era and their honeymoon with Shabia Ethiopia started using Asseb despite all kinds of cry not to. Within a couple of years a major conflict broke out and millions of merchandise has been confiscated by Shabia. And the Weyannies did nothing to get it back.
I will repeat that there is nothing to be gained except trouble with these hot headed animals. They just look at things in one direction. They are not capable of rational thinking and that is why they are going down fast.
Deport them from Ethiopia, shoot them if they refuse.

It is one of the worst airlines. Its customer service is non-existent. You have a problem with your travel, they never reply to your email. At one time, I got a reply after two weeks and the excuse for the delayed response was "no internet connection".
