Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (Dr) said that two modern water transport ships will arrive in Gorgora soon.
As the prime minister said at the inauguration ceremony of Gorgora Eco Resort, he said that if people are going to land in Bahirdar, the two modern ships will be transported to Gorgora using water transport services.
It is known that two modern boats have been purchased and reached Djibouti port.
They will make the water transport services smooth between Gorgora and Bahir Dar. They will create job opportunities for youth, they will serve as a convenient source of transport for tourists.
It is remembered that the modern public transport boat named Tana Nesh 2 and the other medium speedy boat that was bought for domestic water transport have arrived at Djibouti port.
Ethiopian Maritime Transport and Logistics information indicates that Tananesh is a modern human transport and entertainment ship, 38 meters long and has the capacity to carry many people at the same time.
