While Amhara people divided fano groups into kifle hagers to keep the leaders in check no leader can have to much power to mess things up.. there must be a power balance or else Abiy can bribe that leader and hijack the movement... . The leaders are not supposed to be divided rather united. It was eskender who caused the issue.
