Try to explain it yourself! Defaulting on interest payment means Ethiopia will not get further loans which it badly needs. The country is so broke that it cannot feed its university students, prison inmates and even soldiers. Yet you expect us to believe it has extra cash to loan $738 million to build 220kms road to connect South Sudan to Ethiopia. BTW, what kind of a road costs $3.3 million per km? This the kind of silly fake news that a failing regime releases when it wants to cheat its people.
