Changing it for the better makes more sense than saying dismantling it. Doesn’t it?

Wishful thinking that is devoid of reality and facts. It'll never happen, you may as well focus on tangible things. Notice that no other ethnic group has members or individuals clamoring for this. Also notice that, you do not even consider whether or not the other nations want federalism to stay or not. You just want your tribal tyrants to replace the current tyrants, to impose their will and rule upon others. Basically, you're not against "tribal dictatorships " as long as it's your tribal dictator that's at the helm of power.
