How do you kill a million flies?
Hit an ethiopian in the face with a shovel!

Fendadaw,
I bet you landed the site after weeks of googling “funny jokes about Ethiopia”.
Don’t you have better things to do in your life? Are you lonely? Have nothing but time? You should be ashamed of yourself.

Years ago, I was seated in the back of an Uber when my work colleagues and I were heading to a symposium in Chicago. One of my colleague who was seated on the passenger seat noticed the Uber driver speaks with a heavy accent that she became curious and asked where he's from, to which he replied "Cuba."
When my colleague, who's a native Spanish speaker, started speaking to the driver in Spanish, he couldn't understand a word she was saying that he went on apologizing for having forgotten his Spanish.
It was at this moment that I noticed several Tigray Tigrigna music CDs stacked on the center console of his car that led me to believe the driver was actually from Tigray, so I decided to say "Selam", not knowing he would react by slamming on the brakes and shaking his head violently in an apparent sign of embarrassment.
The Tigraway Uber driver went on to tell me that he's too ashamed to introduce himself to his passengers as an Ethiopian due to the negative stigma associated with the famine of 1985, so calling himself a "Cuban" was the safest route to take to avoid implicit bias and stereotypes. I felt like saying to him "IT IS YOU AGAME WHO CREATED THE FAMINE THAT IS HAUNTING ETHIOPIANS 40 YEARS LATER!", but I didn't because I wanted to reach my destination in one piece.

This Tigrian brother might have mistaken you for a West African. Otherwise, he would not have pretended to be Cuban knowing that an East African was in his cab.

Come on fed up, you're at least 35 or older, and found these immature jokes to be funny?
Not to mention they're from 2007?! 17 Years ago?! You couldn't at least find some funny, recent jokes?
I think the mature kebessa members of this forum are very few if any. Yet many look arrogantly at Ethiopians as if they're better, when in reality: they ain't.

I guess that's better and kinda funny. Regardless, Eritrea ain't better. It's a smaller country, so yes, it's easier to manage, but Eritrea is far from a middle income nation; let's be honest here. I understand you're responding to them (miss rock and her other accounts like union and almaze), but if Eritrea OR Ethiopia were 'great', we wouldn't be in the diaspora. Both of our countries are poor and have many challenges to overcome.

What is it that makes the inferior agame feel that they are better than West Africans? I don't know of any West African that would want to trade places with the low IQ agame that sacrifice 1.5 million lives in exchange for food aid.
