Guess what - Israel has recognised Western Sahara as part of Morocco! The EU is hypocritically still confused as usual between yes and no.

Ordinary Arabs are against what their dictators are doing. And the dictators in question, who are extremely rich and think they own the whole country, know perfectly well that it doesn't take the US anything to inseminate its "Democratisation programme" in these countries, bring about a kind of "Arab spring", overthrow such dictators, and freeze all their assets. Therefore, they do everything the US wants them to do. They don't even care about the rest of the western countries.
