I understand we are talking politics now and we have sets of rules we have to follow, but Eskinder is someone I trust in my personal life. You don't find that type of people very often. Again, this is personal and I understand it's no good reason for the objectives on the ground. I hope Eskinder gives response to the same FANNO military that is safe guarding him as we speak. I think he will make himself clear very soon as many are expecting him including the Shewa Fano. Until then I don't have much to say now. What is his accomplishment for Amharas? If you say for addis abebans or ethiopians at large in ethiopianist ideology, i would agree with you. But for Amharas, what did he do for them?

I really believe Eskinder is overrated. I hate ethnic politics no matter whatever disguise it has chosen to cloak itself with. That means I am not a fan of Eskinder’s politics. Do I hear revelation has had a heart attack? Sorry I cannot help. I have read several of Eskinder’s articles that he posted years ago on Nazret - I am not sure that website still exists— and concluded he reads headlines, not details. I could prove that if I want to.
I can understand the never-ending blame of the Amharas for everything that tribal politicians use to further their politics is annoying to a degree which persuade some to adapt the same brand of politics. But in that case the tribalists won the argument. No doubt Eskinder proves that fact.

Just look at the reason that divide FANO & ESKIO. Eskinder prefers FANO to reorganize as a national party under the Ethiopian flag but the local leaders prefer to continue the fight under Amhara slogans only for the Amharas. I wouldn’t be worried about this kind of differences of opinion.

Let us give Eskio the time he needs to clarify himself. Those FANO leaders on the ground are very sensitive. They have given up everything for the cause. So the may not like people like Eskio to reorganize them. They may have a point.
They will resolve this minor differences very soon. One thing though they have to say no to the diaspora infiltrators trying to influence them with money that has been contributed by community members.

Eskinder is symbol of Amara resistance, determination, persistence and sacrifice! Like you said this minor issue will be resolved, we expect him to respond to the question and diffuse it. Amara is mighty, we don't let humans' built-in weakness divide us. Like our forfathers we are farseeing!
