Isaias intends to start the next war by himself and blaming it on Abiy similar to 1998 and the following are his goals:
1- Toppling Abiy and installing puppet government in Addis Ababa
2- Eliminating TPLF and integrating Tigray with Eritrea
3- Weakening/ disintegrating Ethiopia to be indirectly controlled by Egypt
