If you deployed over 2.5 employees (number of employees engaged in the construction work in the city) and working at this speed, the next question is what will going to happen with the workers after you finish the construction in Addis? Obviously you can't maintain such a high paced construction for much longer, I guess.
The next logical consequence is that you will going to deploy them to somewhere else, it means also the other towns and cities will going to follow the suit.
In that case the country will be transformed in a very short time, perhaps two to three years.
