The man has a bizarre understanding of reality! He is determined to waste $14 billion US dollars to build a palace and has the audacity to brag that he does not steal one birr. Using that enormous wealth to build a monument so that future generations can remember him is undoubtedly the greatest theft committed by a leader. Poor Ethiopia!

The real question is, do you think he will leave power while building such expensive stupidity. He will kill and jail anyone in front of him before he leaves power.
