I don't know why the previous governments allowed this housing without any access to roads and services? it will be difficult to tackle any problems if there is something happens. I remember one time just in this area, one house was caught with fire and the fire brigade got difficulty reaching the area. As you can see the houses are stacked together and is prone to any calamities. In my opinion houses around the roadside should be constructed with level of standard and so that it is possible conserve area. 10 to 20 families can be allotted to one apartment.
