Somaliland needs investors and in HoA where inhabitants are largest nomadic pastoralist, entrepreneurs with business experience such as Gurages are assets to modernize the economy of the region. As they are now the drivers of the economy in Addis Ababa they too will be in Somaliland and elsewhere. Cultural revolution regarding the culture of work needs vanguard figure - Gurage will do that.
