Misraq: Yesterday Tigrayans were leading , today Oromia and tomorrow Amharas and etc . One party should not be allowed to dominate . Actually there should be a limited term ( like max 8 years) for each leader and there should be dominant national ( Ethiopian ) parties and the fake ethnic based politics should be banned . States have to compete on good governance, democracy, elimination of corruption, modernization, economic growth , per capital GDP, creation of employment , quality of life, industrialization etc.
