General Filipos Woldeyohannes is currently in Dubai receiving treatment for hearing impairment.
Reportedly, he is scheduled to have cataract surgery to address his prolonged blurred vision, a condition he has been experiencing for the last three years. The presence of his hearing aid is evident in this picture.
