You don't need a full-scale war. Just send a couple of frigates and shell the area. Who is going to start building there? Any shooting will force the UN to tell Abiy to respect Somalia's sovereignty.

Yes, Somalia has every right to demolish any Ethiopian naval forces that approach its territorial domain. But this is a mute issue for Abiy does not have the guts to initiate such a melodrama knowing fully that the Somali forces will destroy them with no questions asked. Blast that dishonest SOB!

The UN has zero impact. Look Crimea has gone and good chunk of Ukraine has gone too. 
Israel has taken over Gaza and the UN is just a useless NGO; Only Africans venerate this NGO as if it is there forever. No, the UN will be either transformed to or be closed off. It is a partisan and Colonizers interest keeper. And colonization has done a lot of wrongs and is still the cause for conflicts around the globe. The Somalis will defend their land we have always defended our Land from Ethiopia even if we have to use macaawiislay , we will never allow Ethiopia to take an inch of our land. We want the ogaden region back not lose more land to the evil empire called Ethiopia.
