Ethiopia has no money to build any thing from scratch. That tells you they can only settle the developed coastal areas near berbera. Where there is already a naval port , and military airport. Awdal community have the rights to reject. But we isaaqs are are Oki to host the Ethiopian naval base in our Berbera territory . Somaliland is democratic nation . People's voice are well respected.
