From African countries, Eritrea is the only country that supported Russia. That was a violation of the Sovereignty of Ukraine itself. Hence, Eritrea could be paying for that sin. Hence, Russia comes to the rescue. Putin can intimidate the Emirates dude. The Houthis of Yemen could be armed with sophisticated missiles that could easily reach the Emirates dude hangout. Add to that, Russia was supposedly. to lease the port of Assab for military reconnaissance. Hopefully, the Super powers are not going to test each other on RedSea using third world countries as vessals.
