You can never say about what could be cooking behind the curtain, in both North Koreas, the Asian and African.
We don't even get the news when the people are starving in the two places.
Whether it is a drought like in the last number of years or not, we never hear if the people of Eritrea (North Korea of Africa) managed to cope with the shortage. We don't also hear if the North Korea of Africa has ever produced any surplus to have shielded it from the natural catastrophe.
