This facial features is common in Tigray. A good example is Hayelom Areya. So how comes he is Eritrean?

This man certainly has Yurouba or Mandingo feature with round face and flat big nose. so he has to be Tigrayan. Convince me if he is not. Could he be Seraye? I know Dark Energy looks like him
