If you want me further to clarify regarding your talk of Somalia is beautiful country, yes it will only become beautiful country if Africa becomes just one United States of Africa like U.S.A. Fano will definitely control Addis. That is only half of the equation. There is no a hasty need for FANO to dismantle the existing Federal structure. If the existing structure is allowed to function and the Amhara people are real players in the system, I am not sure they will be the terrible losers. There will be a grand political negotiation where all the actors will be participating in mapping out the future political course of the country. It will be a terrible mistake to dissolve the current federal structure immediately. People or ethics administering their affairs isn’t the source of our problem. However, within the context of the so called constitution itself there is a lot more that could be done to cure the existing one ethnic dominating others.

Addis Ababa will be,for example, given the right to vote to be a region on its own and govern itself. There is no constitutional means that prohibit such rights.There are multiple places where such rights will have to be exercised. Every citizen will have to be represented in the political system as a citizen and as a group. The system will be tested within its own provisions that will certainly lead to meaningful adjustments. FANO isn’t a movement that takes away anybody’s right but will work towards creating a system with all stakeholders that works better for all.

I don't think Fano will ever controll Addis. At the moment, Fano has zero chance of entering Addis. Let's say, for argument sake, Fano increased its probability to over 50% in the next many months or years. What do you think the 250k strong TDF would do? I listend to the interview. They are not saying "the 250k strong TDF should say የሚፈልጉት ስርዓት በነሱ term እና በነሱ condition ይመስርቱ ብሎ ይቀመጥ።" I don't think TDF will ever let "የምንፈልገው ስርዓት በኛ term በኛ condition" thingy. They are saying when and if the constitution is renegotiated, Tigray, Amhara, Oromo, Harere and all other nations and nationalities should have a single vote each on the House of Federation just like California, Texas, Alaska and Rhode Island have equal numbers of senates regardless population.
