Here, Meles is answering those adgis who wanted to force Eritrea to give up Assab. Give him credit on that one. The reason the weyanes stopped business with Eritreans was the fact that they were at war. If you don't, history will.

Assab is as clear Eritrean as Massawa, Asmara and every other Eritrean cities, towns, villages, skys and seas.
Not that we the Eritreans worry about any other country to claim any inch of Eritrea, and Abiy and the peace loving Ethiopians also know it too and he didn't claim it belongs to Ethiopia either. And yes when he mentioned Red Sea he is talking about our Red Sea. Eritrean Red Sea i.e. Are you trying to order any Ethiopian to not say Assab or Red Sea?
How the hell do you want them to call it. It is Assab and yes it is in the Red Sea. What he said is that like Ethiopia doesn't allow any country to claim what is legally its, Eritrea and any other sovereign country also has that right. He said not that it matters though, but again what he said is that Ethiopia is willing to work with the Eritrean govt to utilize Assab or any other resources Eritrea has just like Eritrea would do with things it might not have and Ethiopia has.
Only a hasad, mushmush, resah aliet agame would say what Abiy didn't say. This childish game is digital woyanes and the dying agames or stupid reverse psychology use as their elementary game to creat doubts about the genuine friendship both countries are pursuing.
The most important thing is every Eritrean should raise their heads up and believe that there is no power to steal an inch of Eritrean be it sea or land.
Again, as Eritreans we can't blame or accuse the few Ethiopians who do that kind of talk or dream about not only Assab but even the whole Eritrea.
I too wish and dream that I am a billionaire or become one or to be like them wish that the biggest Ethiopians aka African Dam or the Nile was Eritrea's. Can my dream be materialized? Heck no for the simple fact that it is Ethiopian. Can Eritrea invade sovereign nation Ethiopia and claim it as its? Again heck no. Not because Eritrea can't, but because it is illegal to steal what is not yours as woyane just found out.
So, are you going to blame for dreaming?
So far we have a sane Ethiopian regime who knows that trying to play sellassie, mengistu and woyane game in Eritrea is against the interest of Ethiopia and deadly too.

So, good luck to Abiy and if by any chance another nut case Ethiopian leader replaces him and try to fu*ck with Eritrea, Eritrea is now more powerful than it ever been and sadly we will have to change Ethiopia's leadership for the last time.
Befriending Eritrea is more advantageous to Ethiopia than the other way around. Feeding over 100 million mouths and forgetting Ethiopia's 85% of its population and keeping them in caves as the previous regimes is Ethiopia's liability.
At the end to those misguided or idiots who dream stealing other sovereign property is legal and want to try it:

We didn't forget the barren land of Badime until we destroy the ones who squatted in it and one must be an idiot to put such bizarre idea in their head, unless their aim is....again to create friction between two countries.
So, it is not sin for any none Eritrean to say Assab, Massawa, Asmara, PIA, Cigar or any thing Eritrean.
Let them say it till the cows come home. The problem and woyane style [deleted] spanking will begin if any country crossed our territories with out an invitation, just like we 'did in Ethiopia's territories' if we really did it.
And if we did, it is only Ethiopia which can demand us to leave its territories. No freaking UN, EU or the USA have the right to demand another sovereign nation when the country in question is saying that it is its business and also saying that no other country or entity should be its mouth piece.
