Tigray was placed under siege when the TPLF terrorist group attacked the Ethiopian Northern Command Force and fired rockets into populated areas of Eritrea. Gaza is the Tigray of the Middle East.

I don't know much in great detail the political condition that lies behind what we see on the surface and unfolding in front of our eyes currently in the region but my little guess is that it is not appropriate to draw a parallel between the cause of TPLF and that of HAMAS. You can correct me, if I missed something.

Many people say that the Gaza-Stripe where HAMAS is based was already under a siege, can you refute that?

While HAMAS is saying it is fighting to live in dignity TPLF was fighting to deny others the same dignity, the latter wanted to re-enter Finfinne-Palace and rule from there for yet more decades, after the 3 decades it already ruled seemed to it not enough. The latter deserved the punishment, in my view.

I wouldn't be surprised if Israel asks Eritrea to train its soldiers, just as it trained thousands of professional Somali soldiers.

Actually it is much better if Israel trained lots of Eritreans in making modern irrigation and produce lots of food for domestic and export consumption. That will make Eritrea great as bread basket Africa and the middle East while over militarizing and making endless wars to live only on war economy alone will only keep the country small and wretched to the bones.

If there is one country in the world that has never declared war, it is Eritrea. If the price of firing rockets into Eritrea was 1.5 million souls yesterday, it is 10 times that number today.

For Eritrea, having a strong and disciplined military force is not a luxury, but a necessity, given that the country has been forced to defend itself against numerous Neo-colonial proxy wars donning black faces with white minds calling the shots from the back.

We Eritreans are content with our ability to feed ourselves without being relegated to food handouts that is common in our neck of woods. Donors hate us because we are self sufficient. Neo-colonials hate us because we never kneel down. We ain't got time for haters.

I don’t understand why you are equating the Palestinian firing missiles to Israel with the dumb a’sses tegarus.
Palestinians have legitimate causes to fight for their freedom. Their territories are being shrinking by the year by occupation.
If occupation of others territories (like Ukraine by Russia) according to the evil west is wrong……which is wrong..I agree) then it is also wrong occupation of Palestinians territories by Israel.
The Palestinians have no choice, but to act when ever it is possible knowing that they willl pay heavy price until the international community hears their plight.

Israel collectively massacring innocent people in an excuse of going after Hamas is just wrong. It is illegal and immoral to kill the family of a murderer as a revenge. Israel might kill some of the Palestinians fighters but it is going to kill millions times more innocent Palestinians in a process.

Nothing justifies the targeting of innocent civilians. Hamas, if they have a legitimate cause for fighting, they should take the fight directly to the Israeli Defense Forces, not the innocent civilians they attacked mercilessly. The actions of Hamas have no justifications and no legitimacy. Only cowards target defenseless innocent children.

During our 30 years of struggle for independence, we Eritreans never targeted civilians. In fact, we treated POWs humanely even before we became a nation and signatory to the Geneva Convention. The choices we made are the measure of our Eritrean national character of strength.

What they are doing is out of desperation to let the world hear their grievances. Grievances which are caused by Israel occupying their lands and making their lives hell.
Yes when peaceful and right solution is not given to the victims of apartheid and occupation violence becomes viable action.
By the way Israel Bern massacring innocent children, women, and miilions of innocent Palestinians during the last decades and decades.
We didn’t kill innocent Ethiopians during our struggle was because we knew that we will evict the occupiers Ethiopians out of country.
But if push comes to shove and we were desperate that it is impossible and you asked me what I could have done was the same the Palestinian are doing…..make enemies lives miserable.
The USA and its allies need to be honest and talk about lasting solution instead of one way narrative of “Isreal has the right to defend itself” crap.
The inability to defend themselves from Israel occupation is what is making them to go beyond normal fights.

The Ukrainians are called fighters and the Palestinians are called terrorists. The Ukrainians would been terrorists to if they are not equipped by the most sophisticated armaments the USA and its allies are providing them and like wise if the west and the USA were giving the Palestinians the same arms, they wouldn’t have resorted to desperate actions.
The bottom line is that it is the fault of Israel and its supporters why the Palestinians are willing to fight to be free people in their own country.

Again, there is no justification for violence against civilians. Desperation doesn't lead cowards out of despair, but make them face the consequences of their own cowardly actions.

For example, in the absence of cooler heads in Tigray to take the TPLF out of its desperation, Tigray terrorists fired rockets into populated areas of Eritrea, Bahir Dar and Gondar. The swift military operation undertaken by the Eritrean Defense Forces to defend and protect their own citizens had led the Tigray terrorists sink deeper into desperation that they resorted to using child soldiers to continue their war-of-choice.

Desperation leads to making bad decisions, and the consequences of TPLF's desperate actions had cost them 1.5 million lives, many of them child soldiers. Just as there was no justification for the firing of rockets into populated areas of Eritrea, there were no justifications for the use of Tigray's child soldiers in mercenary wars that had already claimed the lives of Tigray's entire adult population.
