The tearjerker speech made by the Tigraway father who lost his son in TPLF's war-of-choice should be preserved for posterity.

The father said, when Tigray's youth forced to fight the war asked their TPLF leaders if their aim in waging the war, and advancing towards Addis Ababa, was to return to power in Ethiopia, the TPLF told them, "No, we no longer have any desire to rule Ethiopia. Our goal is to destroy Ethiopia and to create the Republic of Greater Tigray by forcing Eritreans to become part of Tigray."
