This is done by Jimman Abiy Ahmed he is identical to Adwa Meles Zenawi both of them are Village supremacists

The thing is Meles was smart enough not to provoke Amharas to anger by secretly creating kilils and regional borders. There was also no Fano in Amhara during Meles time because Meles was very very "Misterawi" most Amharas did not know he was Tigrean so he was not hated by our society until his ethnic and real policy against amhara was exposed.
