You mean like Agames who were ardent Ethiopians while the looting was good but who wanted to destroy it just because they were told the looting was over? If a person pivots in such away you describe, he or she might reason a new enlightenment for the new awakening. That is not far-fetched idea. A novel information, knowledge might persuade one to change course. But if you really are pissed off by change of "political position" it is political parties that you should be concerned about. In your neighborhood, the party that probably has groomed you, feeding you the "terarawen yanketketwe tewled teret" is a prime example to what you are describing.
To accuse others of something, one should be inoculated from that something. I am afraid you are one chameleon who espouse a "political position" only for a week and sometimes even for a day. That indeed is a reflection of the party you worship. For you to be constant, your party should be. It will never be.
