1) Establish an independent Transitional care taker government
2) Ban/suspend TPLF/OLF constitution
3) Dissolve fake House of Representatives
4) Ban and dismiss any ethnic /tribe based political party ( ethnicity or tribe base oganization can be used as self-help like Equb but never be allowed as political party - this an animal herd/pride mentality)

That is called disruptive and disrespectful "zero sum political game" and is not achievable ! Even if it is achieved any thing that do not address the aspiration of nations and nationalities will not be sustainable. We need to identify the aspirations of Oromos Amharas , Tigray, Somalia etc and work the solution backward. The constitution could be revised and refined no need to throw it. Ethnic politics can't be banned over night but after dialogue. The transition government looks ok but it is not mandatory as far as the next election will be democratic. Abiy could still lead the transition to democracy or resign and give it to other competent person who will be chosen irrespective ethnicity.
