No, you missed it: it is called አረት-ኪሎቲ ስቱ ኣኔ (you are nearer to Arat-Kilo).
The other side's reply is "we will enter Arat-Kilo on our terms".
አረት-ኪሎቲ ስቱ ኣኔ and "on our terms" will meet each other somewhere on the road to there.
BTW., there is also an official response, not only public.
