What I am asking for is a መስረጃ, not a mere figure of any amount. Could you bring someone to the court of justice and get him prosecuted legally by simply claiming he has got that figure and hence he stole my money?

አባቱ ዳኛ ልጁ ቀማኛ! Nope! we would not waste our valuable time on a back and forth with the agents of thieves! Clearly the source of this money is foreign aid or borrowed money which is snatched out of the very poor including famine victims.
