Apology is work in progress but Africa needs not only apology but billions of dollar in compensation for the damage . The lame duck , AU is to be blamed for ignoring this issue. African Americans have struggled and their rights were enshrined in the amendments of the constitution and bill of right but it is still work in progress. Amateur Politicians like Ana Gomez have to apologize for the crime their ancestors committed in Africa so that they will have the moral ground to talk about African internal Affairs.
