When I expressed my objective view, as a neutral body, with regard to the claim over territories between the regions of Amhara and Tigray, saying it should be resolved by means of a referendum of those in the respective areas, the Amhara propagandists on this forum replied saying "that will happen only on our dead bodies". Where is that Gagata now? Aberu is already a dead body walking, no need to consider the character for this.

Now it is official the dispute will be settled by means of the will of the people who live in the respective regions. The rest should keep quiet, is the message.

No one is denying the fact that Tigrays live there not only in alamata but 60,000 Tigrays live in Gondar 10,000 in metemma and 100,000 in Addis ababa Tigrayans comprise 4-5% of Gondar City, Dessie City, Weldia City, major cities of Amhara far away from the borders. By not inviting Amhara Regional Government to the Pretoria Agreement the Agreement was never a 100% Deal breaker as some gulible folks imagined it to be.

The issue was not allowing Amharas like Demeke Zewdu (Welkayt Asmelash Comittee Leader) to be apart of the Pretoria Agreement so by not allowing Amhara in the agreement the Parties only continued 50 years of Marginalizing Amharas from the Political field.

When Getachew Reda landed in Bahr Dar Instead of talking about resolution between the Regional Borders he only mentioned the "Ginliyunet" of the Amhara and Tigray People. Getachew Reda also failed to create any deal with the Amhara Regional Government which he had the opportunity to do so but was to Cowardly so he did not do his job rightly for his people.
