They reduced Amhara provinces into tiny; they genoursly give away non-Oromo provinces to Oromia, their trick was incaculable. But, in the end it ate them before others.

That means proper Shewa province was divided into Amhara Governareta and Shoa- Addis Ababa Governorate. That was why Addis Ababa Region (ክልል 14?) status was given by TPLF; In fact, the size might have gone as many Kilometer as from the center (zero-ground,Arada Giorgis) to include several rural Woredas in all direction - diversified economic bases. But, OLF/Abiy is trying to [deleted] all over Shoa.

The capital city of East Africa Italia was Addis Ababa and that gives the Ethiopian government the post colonial right to claim at least a Red Sea Acess , if not claiming the whole territory of the Italian East Africa.
