By the way where ever he goes overseas why is he trying to speak in a language he doesn’t command. Take an interpreter with you and speak in Amharic. Most of these African leaders command a good knowledge of English or French. Many world leaders including China, Russia, Latin America speaks in their own language. Yes, Melese Zenawi feels comfortable speaking English as he had a good command.
For Abiye, Issias and the HOA leaders do not speak good English.
